This is a very personal thing. How often you train will depend on your fitness level, how your body adapts to the training and how well your body can recover. It also depends on your goals and what you do outside Real Pilates. We recommend starting with two to three classes per week before increasing it to more like some of our most loyal and dedicated members who work out five to six times a week, sometimes twice a day!
