ZEN•GA® Upper Body Focus

Build your exercise library with a class-ready workout that provides practical examples of the concepts of Breath, Support, Yield and Flow: the principles of the ZEN•GA® program. This workshop, from the movement experts at Merrithew®, incorporates new research linking fascia to muscle contraction, force transmission, posture and proprioception. Discover uses for props in a multi-dimensional, playful, intuitive way in an accessible overall workout with an upper body emphasis. Learn to honor individual freedoms and limitations and customize exercises to avoid triggering pain and maximize movement efficiency.
