At Home Classes

Excited to confirm that we now offer some of your favourite classes online! That's right: you can take full length LIVE classes with your favourite instructors with the same personalised attention you would get in the studio!

This is how it will work:

You already have a package?

  • Simply book your classes like you were doing before: on the App or on MINDBODY. Please note that "At Home" classes are listed under both locations based on instructors.

You don't have a package, no worries:

  • Open the App > click BUY to purchase a Mat package
  • Check out the available classes (Jumeirah & JLT)
  • Select your desired class & click Book Class
  • 30-60 minutes before the class, we will email you a Zoom meeting invitation; all you have to do is click on the link in that email 5 minutes before the class's start time

Some basic rules & policies:

  • Download ZOOM in advance to be ready; we recommend you use a computer. Tablets or smartphones work but the smaller screen sizes will downgrade your experience.
  • Class capacity has been set to 9 people so make sure to book early.
  • Bookings close 35 minutes before the class starts. We cannot guarantee last-minute "walk-in" signups but email and we'll do our best to get you in if there is space and you have a valid pack.
  • 5 minutes before your class, have your computer ready, lie down on your mat to start with some deep breathing exercises while you wait for your instructor to start.
  • There is a 6-hour cancellation policy.

Few extra tips:

  • Mute your microphones to avoid background noise;
  • You can choose to turn your camera on or off, but if you want the instructor to see you and offer specific corrections and cues like , leave it on.
