Exam Preparation: General Overview
This interactive workshop, developed by the MERRITHEW™ team, is designed to help students prepare for their STOTT PILATES certification exams. It provides valuable information to help students score well on the exam, including an overview of exam format, the most effective and useful study methods, content that should be focused on, and what to expect during the exam. The Five Basic Principles, postural analysis and tips for cueing and correcting are also reviewed.
