STOTT PILATES Barrels Courses

The Intensive Barrels (IBRL) is a 10-hour course that builds on the material learned in IMP or IR to prepare you to design and lead the Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Arc Barrel exercises for personal or group training settings.

The Advanced Barrels (ABRL) course is a 3-hour course held over one day, that equips you with 14 exercises plus modifications for the highly conditioned client.
