Real Pilates is absolutely my favourite workout of the week! The instructors are so informed, experienced and professional. I have learnt so much and improved my technique quickly. They have small classes which allow the instructors to notice everyone in the room, you don’t have that frustration as a beginner of feeling you have no idea what you are doing for half a class because you’ve not been noticed doing it wrong! I can’t wait to get back to the chilled vibe of the studio but I have so really enjoyed the virtual classes, amazingly the instruction is just as good! Honestly this is a new way of doing Pilates and I am hooked, if I haven’t been for a few days I miss it, and so does my body. I have noticed that my technique in swimming, running and strength training has improved because I bring my body awareness from Pilates into my practice in other forms of exercises.
