Yes, all points expire after 3 months of inactivity. But don't worry! You will receive a reminder 2 weeks before expiry, so you will have plenty of time to attend a session.

If you cannot because you are away, busy or unwell, all you have to do is post a review (feel free to rave about us) on Facebook or Google (separately for Jumeirah, JLT or Meydan) to earn points and automatically reactivate your account for another 3 months - simple and easy!
