You can't see your package or book classes or privates?
Your app is probably not synced with your account on our MINDBODY system, but that's easy to fix:
- Log out of the App
- Click Log In
- Click FORGOT PASSWORD
- Enter your registered email address
- You will receive an email from MINDBODY with a link on your email (check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see it)
- Click on the link in the email to reset your password
- Go back to the App and LOG IN
You should now be able to see your package and make bookings! If you still face problems, please email email@example.com with screenshots of what you see and we will assist you in no time!
