You can't see your package or book classes or privates?

Your app is probably not synced with your account on our MINDBODY system, but that's easy to fix:

  • Log out of the App
  • Click Log In
  • Enter your registered email address
  • You will receive an email from MINDBODY with a link on your email (check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see it)
  • Click on the link in the email to reset your password
  • Go back to the App and LOG IN

You should now be able to see your package and make bookings! If you still face problems, please email with screenshots of what you see and we will assist you in no time!
