Merrithew™ Fascial Movement Course

Designed for fitness, medical and therapy professionals, Merrithew™ Fascial Movement Foundation Course explores the latest research findings on the neuromyofascial skeletal system.

With an emphasis on the proprietary Merrithew Fascial Movement Variables (FMV’s), Merrithew Fascial Movement training offers a thorough understanding of what fascia is, what it does, how it moves and how to work with it across a range of varying modalities.

Total Barre™

The dynamic Total Barre™ program is intended for those already working in the fields of fitness or movement. Instructors looking to bring music-inspired movement to their clients will love the 11 specially arranged and selected segments that serve as the template for each session or class.

Segments are accompanied by timed selections of music, each at a designated pace and focus on individual areas of the body or movement type. After completing this program students will be prepared to teach the repertoire safely, effectively and with confidence.

REAL PILATES Functional Anatomy Course

This Functional Anatomy (FA) course is a 20-hour course that is the perfect preparation for Pilates Mat and Reformer courses and ideal for new students wanting to commence their anatomy study, or fitness professionals wishing to refresh their knowledge. It's also great if you want to understand your own body better, and improve your own Pilates or Yoga practice through greater awareness and a solid theoretical grounding.

STOTT PILATES Mat Courses

The Intensive Mat-Plus (IMP) is a 40-hour course which provides you with the solid foundation and skills you need to develop effective and motivating group and personal training programs with the Level 1 (essential and intermediate) repertoire exercises.

The Advanced Matwork - AM is a 6-hour course, which includes a review of Essential and Intermediate exercises learned in IMP and a detailed study of the 13 advanced exercises in the Level 2 repertoire.

STOTT PILATES Reformer Courses

The Intensive Reformer (IR) course is a 50-hour course, usually conducted over 10 days, that teaches you to design and lead the Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) STOTT PILATES Reformer repertoire for personal or group training settings for a range of clients.

The Advanced Reformer (AR) course is an 18-hour course, held over 3 days, that teaches 70 exercises in the advanced repertoire that require greater strength, stability and flexibility.

STOTT PILATES Cadillac Courses

Intensive Cadillac (ICAD) is a 25-hour course that builds on the material learned in IMP or IR, you learn to design and lead the Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) 125 Cadillac exercises for personal or group training settings.

Advanced Cadillac (ACAD) is a 6-hour course held over one day, that prepares you to teach 28 advanced level exercises.

STOTT PILATES Chair Courses

The 15-hour Intensive Chair (ICHR) builds on the material learned in IMP or IR to prepare you to design and lead the Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) Stability Chair repertoire for personal or group training settings.

The 3-hour Advanced Chair (ACHR) course includes 14 exercises plus modifications, for the highly conditioned client.

STOTT PILATES Barrels Courses

The Intensive Barrels (IBRL) is a 10-hour course that builds on the material learned in IMP or IR to prepare you to design and lead the Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Arc Barrel exercises for personal or group training settings.

The Advanced Barrels (ABRL) course is a 3-hour course held over one day, that equips you with 14 exercises plus modifications for the highly conditioned client.

STOTT PILATES Injuries & Special Populations Course

The Injuries & Special Populations (ISP) course is a 24-hour module that equips you with the skills required to address a broad range of physical challenges among your clients. This course is an essential part of being a quality instructor and is highly recommended before beginning to teach Pilates to clients. ISP may be taken after any of the STOTT PILATES Courses and is required for full certification.
