Perkville Rewards Program
We have partnered with Perkville to offer an online reward system. It’s a fun and easy way to earn points for attending classes and private sessions, referring friends and posting about us on social media. You’ll automatically receive an opt-in email from Perkville after attending your first class. Sign up and start earning points right away (or click unsubscribe and you’ll never receive another notification).
Perkville keeps tracks of everything and awards you points automatically. These "perks" that you get are integrated with our MINDBODY booking system and smartphone apps to keep things simple for you.
How it works...
Perkville integrates directly with MINDBODY so each time you attend a class or private/semi-private session, each time you spread the word about Real Pilates through Google & Facebook reviews, each time you refer a friend or post about us on your social media, you’ll automatically earn points.
Once you earn enough points, you can track and redeem them against FREE classes and/or private sessions online online at Perkville or directly through the Real Pilates App. Please note that any redeemed free session must be used within 2 months of redemption otherwise the session will expire.
Perkville is a trusted partner of MINDBODY, our scheduling system and is fully integrated with our smartphone apps. Perkville will never share or use any Real Pilates client information.
How many points per session?
- Get 7 points for every Mat class attended
- Get 10 points for every Reformer class attended
- Get 17 points for every Semi-Private session attended
- Get 27 points for every Private session attended
Can I earn extra points without attending sessions?
- 15 points for simply giving a review to our App
- 15 points for just joining the program
- 15 points on your Birthday
- 20 points for simple ratings on Google or Facebook
- 50 points for referring a friend (must be a new client)
- 50 points for detailed 5-star reviews on on Google (Jumeirah, JLT or Meydan) or Facebook
Be mindful that no points are given when using promotional or discounted packages. No-shows and late cancels do not receive any points - so be committed and don't miss your workout!
We will keenly follow your social media posts: posts that are encouraging and likely to inspire your friends to follow your example and do Pilates will receive points.
How do I get started?
Create an account on Perkville. Make sure to use the same email account you gave us when you signed up at the studio. You will earn 15 points right away for just joining!
Points earned through our loyalty program will expire after 3 months of inactivity, so we encourage you to continue visiting the studio or doing any of the activities that earn you points in order to keep your points active.
How do I refer a friend?
You’ll need to sign in to your Perkville account and enter your friend’s name and email address to send them a referral invitation.
When they come in for their first class, we’ll ask them for their email address. If the address they give us matches the address you entered into your Perkville account, you’ll automatically earn points for referring them when they attend their first paid session.
How can I redeem my points?
Easy! Once you have enough points, you can log into your Perkville account and redeem your points according to the scheme below - your free session will be added directly on your account giving you the option to book your workout right away online or through the app!
- 1 Free Group Mat Class – 210 points
- 1 Free Group Reformer Class – 310 points
- 1 Free Semi-Private Session - 635 points
- 1 Free Private Session - 945 points
Will my points expire?
Yes, all points expire after 3 months of inactivity. But don't worry! You will receive a reminder 2 weeks before expiry, so you will have plenty of time to attend a session.
If you cannot because you are away, busy or unwell, all you have to do is post a review (feel free to rave about us) on Facebook or Google (separately for Jumeirah, JLT or Meydan) to earn points and automatically reactivate your account for another 3 months - simple and easy!
