Private sessions are personalized for you and your body. We train everyone from athletes to those suffering from injuries and chronic pain to those who want to age gracefully. Our clients improve core strength, flexibility, posture, and release tension, all while toning the entire body. We teach STOTT PILATES, a contemporary approach to the original method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. Developed by a team of physical therapists, sports medicine, and fitness professionals, incorporates modern principles of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation.

Semi-Private Sessions

A customized workout that allows 2 or 3 people to share an appointment while still receiving individual time and attention.. Share your Pilates experience with a friend, family member or another fellow Pilates practitioner. Enjoy the personalized benefits while motivating each other to achieve your individual goals.

Virtual Private Sessions

In a post-Covid world, it is more important than ever to stay fit and healthy. So we continue to offer our high-quality personalised 45-minute long one-on-one Virtual Private Sessions for you to train with our award-winning certified instructors from the comfort of your home. Whether you want to improve your general fitness, improve your mindfulness, address existing injuries, or do prenatal exercises, our team can help you!

  • Your purchase will appear on the Real Pilates App within minutes
  • On the App, click on “Private Sessions”
  • Book your preferred slot with your desired instructor
  • You will get an automated confirmation email from MINDBODY
  • Soon after, we will email you a separate Zoom Meeting invitation with instructions on how to connect to your Virtual Private Session.
