All packages have defined validity periods. The expiry date of each package is written on your purchase receipt and also appears on your account accessible online or through our free smartphone apps. We will do our best to remind you when your package is about to expire provided you subscribe to our automated notifications and reminders, but it is your responsibility to keep track of this.
