New & Walk-in Visitors:

For walk-in and new clients, the parking access is a standard chip-controlled mechanism: when entering the parking, you will get a token from the machine and you will only be allowed to park on the Ground floor, reserved for visitors. One hour free parking is included. If you validate your token at the Real Pilates reception, you will get 1 extra hour of free parking (total 2 hours). Anything above two hours will be charged AED 10 per hour.

Entry into the building will be gained through the main reception area on the Ground floor. Upon guests’ first visit a short registration process will take place with security, which will capture your ID and contact details into the system, on subsequent visits, simple presentation of ID or the Real Pilates App's profile page will gain you access.

We recommend that from now, you plan to arrive 5 minutes sooner than you usually do.

Regular Clients:

For faster access, you can obtain a Priority Access Card after payment of a cash refundable security deposit of AED 200.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This card will give you a 2-hour free access to the Basement, Levels 1, 2 and 3 car parks, as well as the gates inside the building. You will NOT be allowed to park on the ground floor parking, reserved for visitors.

Terms & conditions apply, including:

• Issued Access Cards are the responsibility of Access Card Holders.
• Lost, stolen or damaged Access Cards must be reported immediately to Real Pilates by email, through whom replacement Access Card may also be arranged subject to a charge.
• Replacement of Access Cards shall incur a charge of AED 250, payable on re-issuance.

These rules and procedures have been deemed necessary by DMCC Authority. As such, they are out of our control, but rest assured that we have worked hard with DMCC on minimising the level of inconvenience caused to our valued clients.
