Pilates SQ is a fun and challenging workout that takes mat-based exercises to the next level. The focus is on core stability and balance as well as strength and toning of the abs, back, arms and legs. Small equipment - such as the Flexband exerciser, fitness circle resistance ring and toning balls - are often used to intensify your workout.
It is recommended that you attend at least five Pilates Core sessions before attending Pilates SQ.
