New Instructors

We welcome three awesome new instructors into our team: Rachael, Helen Louise and Victoria.

  • Rachael teaches primarily in Jumeirah but she will be in JLT on Thursday afternoons. Don't hesitate to book a class if you are a fan of precision and attention to detail. She is a fully qualified STOTT PILATES instructor and has come all the way from New Zealand to take care of you!
  • Helen Louise teaches Mat Pilates, Barre and Body Burn classes in JLT. It is only a matter of time before she also takes on reformer classes. She is one of our own graduates and you can imagine one the very best as we are very selective about who joins our own team. Energetic and intensity loving fitness enthusiasts, be warned, you will love her classes!
  • Victoria is our lovely new Hatha Yoga instructor teaching at both studios. She's a breath of fresh air. She loves teaching strong, lighthearted yet constructive yoga that will help you move better and improve the quality of your life.

Changes in JLT

We have made several class type or timing changes that we believe will suit a larger number of clients. Please have a look at the full timetable to find out more about them. Some key highlights are:

Mondays:

  • New 7:00am Reformer Core added (replaces Pilates SQ)
  • New 7:15pm Hatha Yoga added

Tuesdays:

  • New 11:00am Pilates Core added
  • Moved 7:15pm Pilates Core to 7:30pm
  • Changed 7:15pm Reformer Core to Reformer SQ
  • Changed 8:15pm Reformer SQ to Reformer Core

Wednesdays:

  • Moved 7:15pm Pilates SQ to 7:30pm

Thursdays:

  • Moved evening classes by 15 min to 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30pm
  • Moved 6:15pm Pilates Core to 6:45pm
