When growing up in Brazil, Jessie (Jessica) used to love trying different sports and fitness classes, and was passionate about salsa and other Brazilian dancing styles. Jessie earned a degree in business management and almost completed a law degree. After some time working within the corporate world across various industries including legal, technology and aviation, Jessie decided to pursue her passion for movement. Since following hr love for fitness and wellbeing, she has found real fulfilment.
When she took her first Pilates class over five years ago, she was amazed by how it made her body feel and how much it helped her to improve her strength and posture, complementing the other activities she was practicing. She embarked on her education with Real Pilates, becoming a STOTT PILATES and Total Barre instructor.
Yoga is the other love of Jessie's life. When she discovered yoga for the first time, it was life changing. In Jessie’s words: "Yoga gave me clarity, balance, inner peace, and made me feel so inspired. To me yoga is more than a series of movements, it's a way of life and being able to share this gift with other students is very special and uplifting.” Her favourite styles are vinyasa, ashtanga and Yin Yoga and she considers herself a forever yoga student.
Jessie's classes are focused on technique and alignment with a systematic approach to building strength and balance, all with a nice hint of fun.
