Caroline began dancing at the age of three and says Pilates is like an extension of dance, aligning the body and helping make it stable. She trained in dance at The Stella Mann College of Performing Arts and, after graduating, performed around the world. Pilates was an important part of her training. Caroline uses her background in professional dance to customise your Pilates experience and ensure you have an effective, fun and graceful workout. She teaches a variety of group mat and reformer classes and runs private lessons.
After she was involved in a terrible accident two years ago, fracturing her pelvis, back, collar bone and ankle she got a first hand experience in the remarkable effects of Pilates in rehabilitation. She credits Pilates for giving her the ability and strength to recover quicker than any of her doctors has predicted.
Caroline has completed the full STOTT PILATES certification and is a certified STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer, as well as a Total Barre Instructor Trainer. She teaches Group Pilates classes and is a Real Barre instructor.
