What do you do if your learn a client has tested positive for Covid-19?
In the event a client informs us that he/she has tested positive for Covid-19, the following steps are taken:
- The account of the person would be suspended for a minimum of 14 days and reactivated only once an official negative PCR test has been provided. Packages will be extended by the duration of the suspension.
- Contact tracing is conducted to identify any "close contacts" to inform them that their packages would be suspended for 14 days and request them to follow government home quarantine protocols, and to immediately notify the authorities if they develop symptoms. Packages will be extended by the duration of the suspension.
Note: "close contact" is defined by DHA as being within 2 metres of someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, for at least 15 minutes, starting from the day of collection of sample, when neither person is wearing a mask.
- Complete a full disinfection of the studio with a professional fogging machine using DM approved airline-grade KIOSE 350 produced by world leader Callington.
