App FAQ

You can't see your package or book classes or privates?

Your app is probably not synced with your account on our MINDBODY system, but that's easy to fix:

  • Log out of the App
  • Click Log In
  • Click FORGOT PASSWORD
  • Enter your registered email address
  • You will receive an email from MINDBODY with a link on your email (check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see it)
  • Click on the link in the email to reset your password
  • Go back to the App and LOG IN

You should now be able to see your package and make bookings! If you still face problems, please email info@real-pilates.com with screenshots of what you see and we will assist you in no time!

You can't find Private availability with a particular instructor?

This could be due to the instructor being temporarily away, on holiday or on training. If not, you may be checking the wrong studio location. Each instructor is primarily assigned to one location, so try switching between locations for more options. Otherwise, email us and we will assist you.

Not a fan of push notifications?

You can turn off the notification under "Settings" but be mindful that you won't receive any last minute offers, flash discounts, timetable update news, etc. We recommend you leave them on; we promise we won't spam you!
