Influenced by her peers, environment and travels, Payal aims to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each class. She teaches in a way that provokes thought and meaning. Payal completed her training in India and now teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow and Gentle Flow classes. She teaches in English and Sanskrit, with minimal demonstration and maximum hands on assistance.
