Anisha grew up with a love of dancing but her keen interest in science lead her to study a Masters degree in Reproductive Sciences and Clinical Embryology. In 2006 she diverted in to the field of video production. Years of poor posture and long hours followed until she decided to make a change and start running, cycling and hitting the gym. Poor technique lead to an injury, because of which she found Pilates. Anisha saw a tremendous change in her posture and learned to manage her injury extremely well.
These amazing results inspired her to commence her training with Real Pilates and become a certified STOTT PILATES Matwork and Reformer Instructor. What Anisha loves the most when teaching is watching people have that "a-ha moment", when they learn something new about their body, or when they feel muscles in their bodies that they didn't know even existed.
