Becky is from the U.S. where she has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Beginning as a step, kickboxing and muscle sculpt instructor, Becky was introduced to Pilates when she suffered from chronic pain in her shoulder. Pilates strengthened her shoulder and she has remained injury free for many years. She initially fell in love with Pilates because it helped her strengthen her core and utilise muscles often overlooked by traditional exercise.
Whilst, Becky enjoys every aspect of teaching her favorite part is helping clients improve their strength and physical ability. Becky focuses strongly on form and has worked with many special populations including pre-natal and post-natal clients as well as clients struggling with multiple sclerosis, scoliosis, arthritis, disc injuries, and spinal stenosis.
Becky earned her Pilates Mat, Reformer and Apparatus certifications through PHI Pilates and Personal Best Pilates Studio. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing from Michigan State University and has previously worked as a real estate consultant and market analyst. She also loves yoga as well, and is a 200-hour registered yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance. She has two daughters and is passionate about healthy eating and overall wellness.
Caroline began dancing at the age of three and says Pilates is like an extension of dance, aligning the body and helping make it stable. She trained in dance at The Stella Mann College of Performing Arts and, after graduating, performed around the world. Pilates was an important part of her training. Caroline uses her background in professional dance to customise your Pilates experience and ensure you have an effective, fun and graceful workout. She teaches a variety of group mat and reformer classes and runs private lessons.
After she was involved in a terrible accident two years ago, fracturing her pelvis, back, collar bone and ankle she got a first hand experience in the remarkable effects of Pilates in rehabilitation. She credits Pilates for giving her the ability and strength to recover quicker than any of her doctors has predicted.
Caroline has completed the full STOTT PILATES certification and Total Barre Foundation Course. She teaches Group Pilates classes and is a Real Barre instructor.
Dana is a highly-recognised STOTT PILATES certified instructor, personal trainer, Real Barre Instructor and TRX Coach with 10 years experience in the Health & Fitness Industry. Before moving to Dubai, she taught in Paris and the Czech Republic (she speaks both French and Czech). Dana graduated from the University of West of Scotland with a degree in Business Economics with European Economy & Language and worked briefly in the corporate world before she realised that health and changing people’s lives was more fulfilling. Dana enjoys working with all ages and fitness levels, and is passionate about helping you reach your health and fitness goals.
Dana has completed the full STOTT PILATES certification and Total Barre Foundation Course. She teaches Group Pilates classes, Body Burn classes, Private Pilates sessions and is a Real Barre instructor.
Dora developed a passion for Pilates during her career as a professional dancer. She says Pilates helped her understand the alignment of the body and prevent injuries while dancing. Dora studied dance and theatre at the Hungarian Dance Academy, attended courses and workshops in Hungary, England and Italy, and in 2010, became a STOTT PILATES certified instructor. Her love of teaching is evident in her personalised and dynamic workouts. She brings enthusiasm and energy to her classes and is a great instructor to work with if you have knee injuries or back or neck pain.
Dora is a STOTT PILATES instructor certified in Level 1 Matwork and Injuries and Special Populations and a certified Total Barre instructor. She teaches Group Pilates classes, Body Burn classes and is a Real Barre instructor.
With more than 20 years experience in dance, Hayley has been involved in movement and wellbeing for as long as she can remember. Her passion for all things fitness-related led her to complete a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and become a Level 3 Personal Trainer. She discovered Pilates many years ago as part of her dance training and chose to complete a Diploma in Pilates as well undertaking additional training in Pilates Reformer and barre work. Originally from Scotland, Hayley has worked as an instructor in the UK and most recently Abu Dhabi. Hayley likes to bring high energy and fun to her classes and push her clients to their full potential in a safe and effective way.
Jennifer first discovered Pilates in 2007 while she was living in Toronto. She was drawn to its teachings and the remarkable way it works for different body types. She has been lucky enough to travel the world and gain valuable experience and knowledge whilst practicing Pilates in various studios. She moved to Dubai in 2008 and decided to turn her passion into a career and became a STOTT Certified Instructor, undergoing training in Dubai as well as Toronto. Jennifer enjoys working with a range of clients, and draws great satisfaction from seeing others motivated and inspired to better themselves.
Jennifer has completed the full STOTT PILATES certification. She teaches Group Pilates classes and Private Pilates sessions.
Jessica fell in love with Pilates and Barre whilst working as a product developer for British sportswear boutique Sweaty Betty. She loved the way that it made her body move and feel. Jessica began her training with STOTT PILATES in London and began to juggle full time work and part time teaching. A move to Hong Kong in 2016 saw Jessica transition into life as a full time instructor, where she added to her qualifications by completing her Xtend Barre and reformer Pilates certifications. We are now lucky that Jessica has made Dubai her home.
Jessica is a nutrition nerd and is studying for her combined Masters and Diploma in Personalised Nutrition through CNELM, Middlesex University in the UK.
With Jessica's diverse qualifications, she likes to get creative and always bring a dynamic touch to her workouts.

Maja’s love of fitness, movement, music and performance all came together when attending her first Pilates class. It was love at first sight. After taking a break from the corporate world to start a family, and experiencing the enormous benefits of Pilates, she decided to become a certified STOTT PILATES instructor. Maja is Serbian/Croatian and played volleyball for a team in Serbia. She also spent 15 years acting and touring with an experimental theatre group. Whether you are pregnant, have an injury or simply want to improve your posture and strength, Maja will help you reach your goals.

Olivia was a professional dancer and says Pilates improved her dance and helped her recover from a serious injury. Olivia trained and performed with the Academy of Ballet in Stockholm, Sweden and at the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance in New York, USA. She is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Advanced Personal Trainer REPs Level III, and she studied Pilates at the Pilates Foundation London in 2010. Olivia will encourage and support you as you try to lose weight, increase strength or improve your posture. She will also help you relieve stress and boost your confidence.

Sanam grew up in Iran and was introduced to Pilates when she moved to Canada. She quickly turned a love of Pilates into a new career. She became a certified mat instructor with the Physical Mind Institute of Canada, and completed her STOTT PILATES mat and reformer certification in Dubai. Sanam has skied from a young age and has a love of dance. She also has a BA from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada, where she majored in Psychology and minored in Criminology. She teaches a variety of mat and reformer group classes as well as prenatal and private and semi-private personal training sessions.

Sara’s love for Pilates began when training as a dancer at London Studio Centre back in 2007. Graduating with a Foundation Degree, Sara went on to pursue a career as a Singer, Dancer & Aerialist performing around the world. Sara suffered with many injuries as a young dancer but when she was introduced to Pilates she was amazed how quickly she recovered and how over the years her injuries decreased to almost none. During her performing career, Sara was also very enthusiastic about the fitness industry so gained her qualifications as a personal trainer. Since moving to Dubai, she has continued to develop her interest in the fitness industry and qualified as a STOTT PILATES and Total Barre instructor at Real Pilates. Sara feels very passionate about Pilates and has seen first hand how incredible it is for the body, no matter what age, shape or size you are. Sara is an enthusiastic and positive instructor who promises to help each and every client who walks into her class to achieve their own personal goals.

Vicki brings much knowledge and experience of teaching pilates to our studio. She was a medical negligence solicitor in the UK, but when she was injured she discovered the fantastic healing ability of pilates and loved the way it complemented her active lifestyle.
Training originally in the UK and then in Australia, Vicki believes that movement is lotion for the body and correct posture is essential for a high quality of life. She has been lucky enough to train with the best instructors internationally in the UK, Australia and throughout Europe. She loves applying her knowledge and personal experience to help clients improve their strength, mobility and flexibility, working with injured people up to elite athletes. You will find Vicki's positive attitude a great source of motivation.
