Pilates Core

This is a great class for all levels, especially those new to Pilates. This group class will help you develop core strength and stability. You will learn simple, precise movements to tone muscles, develop flexibility, heighten body awareness, and improve your posture.

Pilates Flow

Pilates Flow is a fun and challenging workout that takes mat-based exercises to the next level. The focus is on core stability and balance as well as strength and toning of the abs, back, arms and legs. Small equipment - such as the Flexband exerciser, fitness circle resistance ring and toning balls - are often used to intensify your workout.

It is recommended that you attend at least five Pilates Core sessions before attending Pilates Flow.

Fusion Pilates

The ultimate combination class is HERE!

Fusion Pilates class offers a mix of Mat Pilates, Chair Pilates, and the Arc Barrel. We will explore how to use the Chair for strength and stability, as well as combining Mat and Arc Barrel exercises into the routine for the ultimate test of strength, stability, and mobility.

This class is for those who are interested in the Pilates Chair but aren’t quite ready to do a full Chair class and for those who love Mat Pilates classes and are looking for a new and exciting challenge!

Because of the collection of equipment’s and styles, this is not for beginners. You must have completed at least 5 Pilates Classes at Real Pilates, before joining a Fusion Pilates class.

Primal Power

Primal Power is a natural movement, strength training workout that utilises your body weight as resistance to perform multi-joint, compound movements with little to no equipment. These practical movement skills include primal movement and animal locomotive patterns that, similar to Mat Pilates, will challenge strength, mobility, coordination, and balance.

This is a great class for those who are loving their Mat Pilates classes and looking to a complimentary spice to workouts with something different.

Find grounding and take things back to your primal movement by booking this class using a Mat Pack!

Due to the level of difficulty and body awareness required, this class is not suitable for beginners. Participants will need to have already developed a good base in Pilates Flow by completing a minimum of 10 Pilates Flow classes at Real Pilates.

Pilates 50+

This class is for individuals 50+ who cherish their vitality and seek to age with grace. Thoughtfully curated to enhance your mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. This class is a welcoming space for all individuals, primarily those over 50 who are looking to maintain an active lifestyle and continue embracing life's adventures. Through mindful movement and expert guidance, you'll explore exercises that are tailored to suit your body's unique needs and limitations. The many benefits of this class include enhanced functional strength for everyday activities, reduced risk of injuries and increased balance and coordination.

Barre Core

Barre combines elements of ballet, Pilates, cardio and strength training to create a high-energy and dynamic class. Taught to music, Barre classes focus on strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. It's for everyone - no dance experience required!

Barre Core is a great for all levels, especially those new to barre workouts. This group class will help you learn the main movements incorporated in a barre class with a strong emphasis on alignment to ensure you get the most out of every sequence. Taught at a slower pace than the Barre Flow classes, you will have an opportunity to focus on your technique whilst still having a challenging and effective workout.

Barre Flow

Real Barre Flow is a fun and dynamic workout that takes your barre workout to the next level. This is a fast-paced, flowing class that challenges balance, strength, endurance and coordination. Be ready to sweat!

It is recommended that you attend at least five Barre Core sessions before attending Barre Flow.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a widely practiced form of yoga. It is the branch of yoga which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being, using bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound healthy body and a clear peaceful mind. There are nearly 200 hatha yoga postures, with hundreds of variations, which work to make the spine supple and to promote circulation in all the organs, glands, and tissues. Hatha yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility. It is appropriate for any ability level, from beginner to advanced practitioner.
